for Environment Protection Upon Completion of Constructional
Project and the forms of other three documents
The Document of ADMINISTRATIVE METHOD ON CHECK &
ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION UPON COMPLETION
OF CONSTRUCTIONAL PROJECTS (No. 13 decree issued
by the State Environment Protection General Bureau)
was promulgated on December 27 of 2001, and began
to be put into implementation on February 1 of 2002.
In accordance with the terms specified in Article
26 of the ADMINISTRATIVE METHOD ON CHECK & ACCEPTANCE
OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTIONAL
PROJECTS, Zhuhai EPB has worked out the forms for
the application reports, application form and registration
cards for environment protection upon completion
of the constructional projects as well as the form
for the check & acceptance registration. These
forms are publicized herein.
