Recording and Filing on Operations during Nighttime
|
I. Targets Subject to Recording & Filing: Any
organization and individual to carry out constructional
operations during nighttime.
II. Procedures for Recording & Filing:
a) The constructional organization supplies the
needed information documents as specified;
b) The information documents are to be verified
on the spot for recording and filing;
c) Receipts are delivered on the spot to the organization
that meets the required conditions for recording
and filing;
III. Information Materials Needed for Recording
& Filing Procedures:
Written documents issued by the competent administrative
authority for constructional projects to prove that
the operations during nighttime are necessitated.
