Procedures for Authorization to Municipal Environment
Protection Monitoring & Surveying Station
on Environmental Survey
|
I. The authorizing party shall fill in an APPLICATION
LETTER FOR AUTHORIZED MONITORING &SURVEY in
two copies, which will be, with due signature or
seal, handed over to the Field Survey Office of
Zhuhai Environment Protection Monitoring & Surveying
Station. (The APPLICATION LETTER FOR AUTHORIZED
MONITORING &SURVEY can be obtained either from
the Office or by downloading from the website of
Zhuhai Environment Protection Bureau).
II. The Field Survey Office of Zhuhai Environment
Protection Monitoring & Surveying Station (or
simply as the Field Survey Office) will accept the
application on the spot, and issue a NOTIFICATION
OF PAYMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING AND SURVEY
to the authorizing party.
III. The authorizing party will then go to any of
the business office of the Communications Bank in
Zhuhai to make the payment as specified, or make
an account transfer for the payment.
IV. The authorizing party will hand in the Xeroxed
copy of the payment receipt or the bank transfer
certificate to the Field Survey Office of Zhuhai
Environment Protection Monitoring & Surveying
Station or fax it to the Office.
V. Within 15 days after the Survey Office receives
the voucher of the payment, it will complete the
monitoring and survey on the noises. Within 15 working
days, it will complete the monitoring and survey
on waste water; and within 20 working days, it will
complete the monitoring and survey on air exhausts.
These monitoring and surveying are completed under
the precondition that they will not jeopardize the
routine operations of the Station nor affect the
fulfillment of the tasks assigned by superior authorities.
After completion of these surveys, a notification
will be sent to the authorizing party to get the
REPORT ON SURVEY AND ANALYSIS.
VI. The authorizing party goes to the Field Survey
Office to get the REPORT ON SURVEY AND ANALYSIS,
by signing for acknowledgement.
VII. The charge rate is determined on the basis
of Document YJH [1996] No. 64 of A WRITTEN REPLY
ON MODIFICATION OF CHARGE RATES CONCERNING ENVIRONMENT
PROTECTION SURVEYS issued by Guangdong Provincial
Pricing Bureau.
