If there is no "Feasibility Study Report"
and "Descriptions on Project Designing",
the following information should be provided in
written form:
1. Contents and scale of the project: land coverage,
construction space area, landscaping space area,
total investment and investment on environment protection,
technological processes, production scale (names,
quantities of products), list of raw materials and
auxiliary materials (names and quantities), list
of major equipment (names, models, powers, noise
indexes, etc.);
2. Information about "water":
1) Total water supply volume (ton/day), recycling
water volume (ton/day);
2) Total drainage (including household sewage, industrial
waste water, cooled water) (ton/day), preventive
measures and efficiency for sewage and waster water
treatment;
3. Information about "air":
1) Models, evaporation capacities and numbers of
quantity for power generators, boilers, fuel furnaces,
ovens, etc; quantities of fuel consumption and gas
consumption (ton/h or m3/h); height of chimneys
(m), diameters of outlets (m), exhaust temperature
at outlet (0C), flow-rate at outlet (m/s), exhaust
discharge volume (m3/h), smoke and dust discharge
volume (kg/h), measures and efficiencies for smoke/dust
elimination (%).
2) Type and quantity of generation (ton/day, or
kg/h) of production air exhausts and dust, efficiency
of preventive measures (%).
4. Information about "residues":
Type, quantity and disposal method for solid wastes
and sludge.

Remarks:
After the environment survey organization accepts
the compliant registration, it usually takes 3
working days prior to the field investigation
and handling. In the case that some special situations
delay the handling, the delay should be no more
than 7 working days, which also necessitates some
reasonable explanations.
