III. Procedures for Recording & Filing:

(I) The constructional organization supplies the needed information documents as required and specified;

(II) The information documents are to be verified on the spot for recording and filing;

(III) Receipts are delivered to the organization that meets the required conditions for recording and filing; while a letter of decision not to keep the record and file is to be delivered to the organization that does not meet the required conditions for recording and filing.

IV. Information Materials Needed for Recording & Filing Procedures:

Written certificate should be presented to prove that the geological or topographical conditions necessitate the use of hammer-driven or steam-driven piles.

V. Time Limits for Handling Recording & Filing Procedures: Completed on the spot.
