II. Procedures for Recording & Filing:
(I) The constructional organization supplies the needed information documents as required and specified;
(II) The information documents are to be verified on the spot for recording and filing;
(III) Receipts are delivered on the spot to the organization that meets the required conditions for recording and filing;
(IV) A re-application will be involved if the designing plans are to be changed or altered.

III. Information Materials Needed for Recording & Filing Procedures:
Designing plans for environment protection; Xeroxed copy of the valid certificate for the designing institution
