programs and quantitative verifications on
urban and rural environments; to work out
the targeted objectives during the office
term and ensure the implementation of these
objectives; to prepare and work out the environment
status bulletins; to take part in the preparation
of the local national economy plans and social
development plans, the state-land control
programs and ecological environment construction
programs; to examine and verify the part of
environment protection in the overall municipal
planning; to organize the arrangements of
environment function divisions and environmental
statistics.
