information resources, to provide application
and technology services for various functional
departments or offices in implementing environment
protection administration systems; to work
out and implement propagation and education
programs in environmental aspects, to promote
public participation in environment protection
activities, to enhance public awareness in
environment protection, to carry out part-time
training programs on the subject of environment
protection for functionaries working in the
job posts in environment protection departments
or offices; to report and publicize environment
protection accomplishments and undertakings
by way of mass media, to make social citation
or honors for outstanding achievements in
environment protection fields, to promote
the activities of creating green communities,
green school campuses (kindergartens), to
edit and publish propagation brochures and
journals with environment protection subjects.
